- Our customer service representative, Eugenia Vogel, is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST. Eugenia’s expertise is not only in customer service. A professional dog trainer and behavior consultant for more than 20 years, Eugenia has the perfect combination of wisdom and kind-hearted advice that makes our customers look forward to calling i Love Dogs. In fact, since Eugenia’s a fellow dog lover, many of our customers do call regularly to chat with her about their beloved dogs!

- If you ever need help placing an order, we will immediately attend to your needs. Packages ship right away and we provide purchase tracking numbers so you know when to expect delivery. Products arrive in tailored baggies stuffed with free goodies and information about the exciting content offered by the i Love Dogs website – from dog training tips and veterinary advice to community events and the latest canine news.
